My order did show up eventually, so I can’t really complain too much, but the shipping took longer than I expected and I kept checking for updates because they weren’t super clear, it wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of average overall...

Everything I ordered showed up correctly, so no real complaints there. I did have to double-check things a bit, which felt avoidable, but overall it worked out fine.

It worked okay in the beginning, so I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but I feel like I was forced to be patient with it longer than I should’ve been. After a few months, some of the parts started feeling flimsy, and now I’m not convinced it’s built to last...

I ordered from STX International things started off well. The setup wasn’t a hassle, and for the first while it did what I needed without any issues. I wasn’t using it heavily either, just normal everyday use.
After a few months though, it started acting up and now it barely works the way it should. I guess I expected a lot more durability for the price, so there’s definitely a gap between what I thought I was getting and how long it actually lasted. It’s not completely useless, but I’m disappointed.

I ordered an attachment from STX and thought it might be a little off with my machine, or actually, I figured it would probably need some adjusting. But it snapped on just fine and felt solid right away, not flimsy or loose at all.

Shipping was normal, nothing exciting but no problems either. I’ve used it a few times now and at first I was just relieved it fit, but now I’m actually happy with it overall. It does exactly what I needed

Not gonna lie, the box showed up dented, which had me a little worried at first. Thankfully, everything inside was fine, but the packaging itself was just okay

Setting it up took me a bit longer than I expected. The instructions were alright but some parts were kinda confusing so I had to reread them a few times.

Nothing too exciting to report, honestly, just felt like I got a fair deal and didn’t have to overpay. I’d buy from them again.

I really wanted to like this, but the noise is a lot more than I expected. The first time I turned it on, the counter was vibrating enough that everyone in the house noticed right away. It’s one of those things I only feel comfortable using if nobody else is around, which kind of defeats the purpose. For me, it’s been disappointing.

I’m disappointed with this. The motor started feeling weak almost right away and overheats after just a few minutes of use. I really didn’t expect it to fail this fast, i’d appreciate an apology or some kind of response from the company

I ordered from stxinternational.com and overall I’m happy with it. The price was better than a few other places I looked, and the product feels sturdy enough for what I paid. The instructions could definitely be a little clearer, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I did reach out with a quick question and support basically said, “Just follow these steps and you should be good,” which helped. So far it’s working fine, and for the money, I’d say it’s a good deal.

I might only be remembering the annoying parts, but using the site felt more frustrating than it needed to be. I spent longer than expected trying to find what I was looking for, and it just didn’t feel very smooth.
